President
Works in close association with all committee members and other affiliated committees of the playgroup.
Suzanna Tedeschi
Members coordinator
​Is the primary point of contact for new membership enquiries. Maintains an accurate waiting list and places new members where possible, notify group members when a trial member will be commencing and supporting General Coordinator when required.
Poppy Brett
Secretary
Keeps records & archiving. Collects mail, prepare the agendas for meeting & takes minutes and distributes to playgroup members.
Jayde Little
Media
Maintains social media, communicates relevant information to Playgroup members. Monitors incoming emails. Contact media for advertising when necessary and identify focus charity and collect donations.
Britt Dorrington
Treasurer
Take payments, pay expenses, prepares budget and quarterly reports and updates the accounting software.

Assets Officer
​Responsible for maintaining the asset register for insurance purposes, including a stock take once a year, removing old/broken toys for safety reasons and purchasing new toys, furniture and books.​
Saska Boxer
Consumables & Event Organisier
Responsiblities include purchase of all consumable, stocking craft cupboard & communicating with playgroup members about items required. Also the organisation of special events, such as the Easter and Christmas Parties.

Responsible for helping other committee members with any tasks.
