Session Times & Availability
Our current session times are 9 - 11am, Monday to Friday. We are also seeking expressions of interest for later sessions during the week. If 9 - 11am doesn't work for you please contact us and let us know what times would suit you better. You can contact our New Membership officer via the contact us page for more information on session availability and which session suits you best.
Hopefully we can find a session time suitable for you and your kid/s to join our playgroup.
Membership Information
Marmion Warwick Playgroup fees are $140 per family, per year. This includes $120 term fees and $20 fundraising levy. Your membership fee contributes to the costs of running playgroup, including toys, craft supplies, equipment, tea & coffee, kitchen/cleaning supplies and events.
There is also a $35 Playgroup WA membership fee. From 2025, this is payable directly to Playgroup WA. This mandatory membership fee covers families for insurance purposes while attending playgroup. It is a one-off annual fee and can be transferred between any playgroup registered with Playgroup WA.
If you are paying during:

Term 1 the fees are $120 + $20 = $140 (+ $35 Playgroup WA membership fee)

Term 2 the fees are $90 + $20 = $110 (+ $35 Playgroup WA membership fee)

Term 3 the fees are $60 + $20 = $80 (+ $35 Playgroup WA membership fee)

Term 4 the fees are $30 + $20 = $50 (+ $35 Playgroup WA membership fee)
Fees are due within two weeks of enrolment.
Conditions of membership also include attending one clean up session per calendar year and the Annual General Meeting in November. Refunds can be given on a term by term basis. (Please note the Playgroup WA fee is non-refundable.)
